The stall is fully fitted with a Bain Marie, Live Tandoor and a well equipped kitchen with burners, chillers and even a dosa plate. Takeover fee applies for all the equipment and fittings in the front and kitchen area of the stall.
There is currently 2 years left on the lease and interested parties would need to take over the lease with Kopitiam.
Base rental $5500 0r 20% GTO whichever is higher.
