We have been operating this restaurant for 21 years and have many loyal customers.
We are deciding to let go of this place due to the difficulties faced from Covid situations. But we believe the situation will improve as time passes. We have operated for 21 years here and feel a little tired and we think is a good time for us to let this go if any promising company can takeover this business.
Takeover fee is $70k. With the restaurant of this size and scale, we think it is a reasonable price. You get the restaurant as is with most of the stuff intact.
