I have a stall available for someone interested in starting a business.
The space is suitable only for selling Indian cuisine, with suggested dishes such as Chicken Curry, Satti Sorru, Roti John, Roti Prata, Fish Head Curry, Nasi Biryani, and Pickle.
The stall is fully equipped with two deep fryers, one fridge freezer, and a chiller. It has been recently renovated; you would only need to update the menu and logo design.
The reason for renting it out is that we specialize in Chinese cuisine and are not adept at preparing Indian cuisine.
The rental price is $1,900, inclusive of GST. Utilities and gas will be the tenant's responsibility.
